What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 500 units. Where a raw material or a custom packaging item carries a higher supplier minimum, we will tell you in the quotation rather than surprising you later.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Sample production is offered free of charge for qualified projects. You approve a physical sample before production is scheduled.
Can you develop a formula for us?
Yes. Our in-house R&D team develops custom formulas and blends, or matches an existing formula and adapts it to your dosage form, taste and packaging. Your formula and brand details stay confidential.
What documentation do you provide?
Every batch is released with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and a specification sheet. Technical Data Sheets and MSDS are available where applicable. Tell us your target market and we will confirm which documents apply to your product.
How long does production take?
Production lead time is 7–10 days for 500–1,000 units, 10–20 days for 1,000–5,000 units, and 20–30 days above 5,000 units. Lead time runs from the date you approve the sample, and the two things that most often extend it are a long-lead raw material and packaging produced to your artwork.
