About Siloya
Siloya is the trade name under which Shenzhen Snoya Biotechnology Co., Ltd. works with overseas brands. We make dietary supplements, functional foods and herbal tea through our own workshop in Shenzhen and vetted partner factories in Guangdong — and we sell our own consumer brand through the same production base, which keeps our quality decisions honest.
How our manufacturing is organised
Shenzhen Snoya Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is the contracting and export party behind Siloya. Production runs through two channels: our own workshop in Shenzhen, and vetted partner factories in Guangdong and Fujian for categories and formats that are better served by a dedicated line.
Between them the lines cover powders and solid beverages, liquid drinks, tablets, capsules, softgels, gummies, jellies and herbal tea. Working across several formats is what lets a brand start with one product and add another without changing supplier.
The partner facilities hold the certifications listed on our quality page — ISO 22000, HACCP, NSF/ANSI 455-2 GMP, Halal and FDA food facility registration. Which one produces your order depends on the format and on the documents your market requires, and we confirm that before you place it.
Core raw materials are sourced from established global ingredient suppliers, and production is covered by a traceability system so that a finished batch can be connected back to the material lots that went into it.

Inside the plant
Our workshop covers 5,000 m² and is built for the production of health supplements across several dosage forms, with production areas separated by product family — plus a dedicated tea workshop kept apart from the supplement lines.
Layout
A segregated layout that keeps different product families apart and reduces the risk of cross-contamination between runs.
Powder and tablet lines
High-capacity industrial blenders for uniform powder mixes, plus precision tablet presses for accurate dosage.
Capsule and softgel lines
Capsule filling equipment for hard-shell capsules and softgel production for oil and paste fillings.
Liquid lines
Automated oral-liquid production and filling lines, with water-bath sterilisation equipment for liquid products.
Confectionery lines
Automated lines for gummies, soft candies, tablet candies and jellies, with control over content per piece.
R&D
An in-house formulation team that develops custom formulas and blends, and adapts existing formulas to a new format or market.

Sample before commitment
You approve a physical sample before production is scheduled. Sample production is free for qualified projects.
Documents with every batch
A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis and specification sheet, not a generic data sheet recycled across orders.
Confidentiality
Your formula, your brand and your customer list stay yours. We manufacture our own brand separately and never mix the two.
Straight answers
If a format, quantity or certificate requirement is not something we can meet, we say so before you commit rather than after.
Herborigen
We are not only a contract manufacturer. Herborigen is our own consumer brand, developed and produced through the same facility and the same quality system, with consumer products currently in development.
Selling our own products means we live with the same formulation, stability and labelling decisions we make on behalf of partners. It also means we understand the commercial side of a launch, not only the production side.
